Custom Hat & Patch FAQ
What hats do you use?
Our primary custom hat is the Richardson 112 trucker hat.
What patch styles are available?
Full-Color UV Printed, Laser Engraved, and UV + Laser Combination.
How much are custom hats?
Custom Richardson 112 hats are $35 each before shipping and handling.
How much are patches?
Custom patches are $5 each with a minimum order of five patches.
Can I use my own logo or image?
Yes. We can work from logos, images, badges, names, text, and other artwork. We will contact you if the file needs clarification before production.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome businesses, teams, events, military groups, reunions, and organizational orders.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when production capacity and material availability allow. Rush orders must be approved before production and are subject to a 20% rush fee, with a $25 minimum. Contact us with your required delivery date before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup or delivery may be available in the Moyock and Hampton Roads area.
