Custom Orders
By placing a custom order with Moyock Hats, you authorize us to use the artwork, text, logo, image, or other material you submit solely as needed to produce and fulfill your order.
Your Artwork Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to use artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, names, and other content submitted for production. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to reproduce.
Order Review
We may contact you if artwork or order instructions require clarification. We may decline work that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or cannot be produced reliably with our equipment or materials.
Product Appearance
Colors shown on screens may vary from finished products. Patch materials can also have normal variations in color, grain, engraving, texture, and placement.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product options, and availability may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price charged for that order, excluding any later mutually agreed changes to a custom order.
